I really wanted to go - I've been looking forward to Deep Dish for the past month.

How did the night go for anyone who went?

And Beema, I invade every board I see. I am a message board princess.

Deep Dish killed it, thats about all there is to it. Man I havn't had such a good time clubing in a while. Prob one of the best nites I'v had in DC since I moved here. Not much of a track ID person but there were a couple beats I reconised. It was funky, dark, hard, deep, everything, tru Deep Dish style....Deezam. I should have stayed for the end, but my dancing partner left and the hour + drive home is a biatch when the sun starts to come up. Was also really impressed with the crowd, there were a few rapists and such lurking around but other than that awsome vibe. Everyone in the back end was dancing the whole time, it was great.

Anyway hope everyone had a good time, Only seen beema one time right at the door, missed everyone else. If anyone had a bad time in there it couldn't have been becuase of the music, great set.

PS: I am a Deep Dish whore so I may be a tad bias.

had to leave an hour early too, but ye i had fun, review tomorow.

well last night was amazing. it was one of the best nights i've had so far. three of my friends that i brought out for their first time clubbin said they couldnt believe how much fun they had. it made me really happy that they enjoyed it asmuch as i did.

short review: they played flashdance which was pretty bangin live and i really want to know that one track that sharam played and it had like 3 breakdowns/buildups and female vocal and then he looped it (i believe). it was fckin massive.

meet up clyde, good thing you actually made it early. i think i saw beema and i met withinyou from the glowboards.

btw i was azn wearing a blue polo with stripes, jeans and i geled my hair into a mohawk

more reviewing and discussion later

p.s. thx again funshine :)

OMG!!!! that song was ing unbelievable, it was like a 12 min song, and i never stopped moving. it was the last track he played before the encore. OMG! that song was sick!! we HAVE to ID that one for sure. OMG, im thinking about it right now, insane.:eyespop: :eyespop: :eyespop: :eyespop: :eyespop:

Yeah that song was in insane -- it's one of the best set-closers I've heard in a long time. Definatley gets a 10 on the kippenvelmeter (goosebump).
Only track I recognized was Flashdance, which Ali did some live re-working of.
Dean Coleman was pretty good too, he dropped Sander Kleinenberg's new single "United In Rhythm," I've had it on the HD for a few months but that's the first I heard it live. He also played some track with a Sting sample in it that was pretty massive. Two Sting songs in one night, that's a first for me. (Sharam played a remix of The Police - Walking on the Moon).
