I'm here...and all my family that work in the city are accounted for. glad to see most of the people i know are ok. still trying to get in contact w/ some friends though...i pray they're fine. prayers go out to the thousands of people that work in nyc.
I'm still trying to get a grip w/ reality. After seeing all the smoke from the buildings collapsing, it really shook me up. TwiloChik, i was in jc at the time too... was that not the most saddest thing you've ever seen. broke my heart. i dunno wut else to say... |

| she didnt go??? a mutual friend of ours talked to her the day before she was supposed to leave and there was nothing said about her not going....plus she hasnt posted in a long time...that's not like her at all....i think she's in ibiza |

Hey everyone, im still here too. My dad is stuck in the city though so im not too happy. Im kinda upset to see the last building fall down cause thats it...no more Twin Towers.
I used to have to walk right by the towers last winter to get to work. Beautiful steel structurs they are, and whenever i looked up ti see the top i could never quite get there. My job was 2 blocks away and now they arent there how sad.
Estimated 10,000 people are dead i heard. Soon as it happened, Nostrodamus came to mind. He predicted there would be a big war in the year 2000. Well we already see the makings of it and hes less then 2 years off.
Sorry to see, but if it comse down to a war..everyone was gonna lose everything and possibly themselves because theres just so much technology out there that nothing will stand after this is over. |

I don't know her name on that board...im not gonna go searching...i just think its odd she hasnt posted in here in a while...since before her supposed leaving for ibiza...very uncharacteristic of her to remain silent on these boards unless there's a reason she doesn't post here anymore |

i live in nyc too...we dont know about our aunt :( she works in wtc. we tried calling st vincents but the numbers they gave only leads to voicemail. i hope shes ok.
i have no clue either if i will have a job...i work in that area.
i just cant believe this is going on. its all so sureal. |
