Only DJTJ has found my post about filters/effects, so heres the question

The Alan and Heath Xone:62 has 3 VCF filters, now they are in sweet if ya ask me, so im wondering if there is an effector that has these(or similar) effects others would be good too.

thanks

The Sherman Filterbank has about al the filters you could possibly think of.
there are a lot of effect-units out there btw not hard to find some with what you looking for

http://www.sonicstate.com/synth/
in the top search box search for "filter" and a lot of nice gear oughtta come up

that thing looks sweet..but Im really only looking for the same 3 filters that the Xone 62 has....any other ideas?

maybe this will help, its taken from the xone web page

xone:62 and xone:464 each have 2 vcf's (voltage control filters) - one rotary on each side of the crossfade, with an on/off switch and light, allowing effects to be punched in and out of the mix. there is also a bank of switches to change the filter type from low-pass to high-pass, band-pass, notch filter, all-pass etc. all filter types have been chosen for their musicality, even when used at full strength. a resonance knob allows the filter effect to be set or swept from subtle to extreme

even better news..the xone 32 has the filters too..so now im gonna sell my pmc 170A and get the 32....ahh...yumm yumm yumm

BUT if ya know of the filters/effector still leave a msg

The Xone-32 has only one VCF filter, not two like the 62 or the 464..

If you want a very good filter check out the Electrix FliterQueen.. it's pretty cheap, and it's awefully good!
j_spot
when u say that, u mean it only has 1 filter for the entire out, right? as opposed to one filter per side of the X fader in the 62. cuz it SEEMS to have the same 3 filters, only there is one of em...

where can I find the Filterqueen? I found it in 2 places, www.8thstreetmusic.com and www.musiciansfriend.com even the electrix web page says they dont have them anymore!
dj alonzo
My friend bought it from www.musiciansfriend.com ...

DAMMIT! The day I made the post there was one @ musicians friend for 79.95 US..now its gone and I can only find it for 199 US...thats not so cheap anymore.

So anything like the electrix filterqueen? Im looking for a high pass, low pass band pass and notch. All with resonance control. What else is there?
