I recently watched the video for Wir Sind WIr and I had tears streaming down my face by the middle of it. I have always had an emotional attachment to Germany.. not exactly sure why... propbably several reasons. When it comes to the part where they are taking down the wall... I am right back in my livingroom at 18, with tears going down my face, watching it fall, wishing like anything I was there to help.
Several give me goose bumps (or chicken skin ;) )
-Shiller mit Heppner I Feel You (must be something about Peter Heppner's voice)
-several Paul van Dyk songs (Together We Will Conquer, Nothing But You, Another Way)
-Firewall Sincere
-Sinead O'conner Nothing Compares to You
-a couple of U2 songs (Tomorrow/October, Sunday Bloody Sunday, Bad... I could go on and on here...so I better stop :) )
I am sure there are more... but that is what comes to mind at the moment.. and I know they aren't all trance but... |
