I like the percs and the plucky synths in this one, though there is still room for another layer. Lower and mids seem a bit muddy in the mainpart, maybe that's because of the bitrate :(
I think it lacks power to really blow my mind, but overall the sounds are good. :)

let's see what we have here:
intro effects a bit silent, please turn up the volume there,
it seems the bass do the right things in here, good work,
and the main lead is just awesome, mate! and yeah the melody
is really good, really uplifting what i love...
anyway, after the breakdown the structure is not my cup of tea,
and it lacks in some effects too, but good work anyway,
however the whole production is really clean and good,
only needs a few more effects, compression
keep up the good work, my friend!
looking forward to our collaboration!
ps.: i will spin this at my birthday pre-party mix or at the party
on july 14th!
take care,
peter:) |

Nice, i havent heard the original but this is quite good. That lead sounds abit over compressed or something, over filtered maybe?
Anyway, try to add some additional elements, it sounds abit empty/simple.
Cheers,
Antonio. |

Haven't heard the original too :( But maybe more BPM's?
And more bassline, more bassline.
Main synth is very uplifto! Keep it up. Good work!

Just listened thru the tune, sounds ok i guess, i'd expect some more power to it? ... Bassline sounds a little "loose" more power please :)
I think you need to maximize your output on the chans, sounds to dry. Try some maximizers and master it.
Where did you hear our tune, in a set or something? |

| Good track, enjoyed the breakdown, although the build-up to it I found a little slow. That's the only real criticism I have. |

I agree with EM and Jay M about the lack of real energy and the simple sound of it. The quality is great however, don't misunderstand me on that point. Also, it does sound very clean, which I like a lot.
I think the problem is that you should try play with some more sounds/layers in it to make it sound more complete, or how to say it. Kicks/perc sounds alright, nothing to complain about really.
So basically what I wanted to say:
It sounds clean and quality is great, but it doesn't have any real energy to make it sound interesting.
A very nice tune though :happy2: |
