How do you use a mixer with FL?

I think using the mouse to control automation is awkward. What kind of mixer works with floops,
I use a Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS Plat. Pro in conjunction with floops and and how is the mixer connected to it? |

| You can use a fatboy midi controller which has 16 knobs. Or buy a keyboard with knobs on it, which can be used via usb. M-Audio makes many models of good controllers at a reasonable price. |

| you can get the m audio uc-33a which has something like 24knobs and 9 or 10 sliders and its usb or midi and under 200usd |
