| I live in the west burbs & was playing an online game at 1am & heard a loud noise downstairs. Knowing my dad was still awake I got up to go downstairs & right when I got to the top of the stairs I heard the bedroom doors slightly rattling like my mom was awake doing it. Knowing she was alseep I was like WTF. Then I saw the door of the bathroom was closed & my dad was in there, so I knew the noise wasnt him. I just dismissed it as the house creaking & settleing. Then about 2am I turned on News & saw the earthquake report to my surprise. This was the first earthquake experiance I ever had & living in Illinois I never thought I'd have one. |
