...all those uplifting trance tunes... :crazy:
i bet a couple months from now you guys will be playin more proggier stuff, thats exactly what happened to me. when you start goin to more parties with big name djs, the opener will almost always be playin some proggy beats. cant really get an opening gig with uplifting primetime music. :tongue2 but anyway ... new this week:

People have been saying that to me about prog for the past 3 years. You'll never induce the feelings in me with prog that you can with uplifting, driving trancers! Each to their own :)
And send me your list of records you're selling ASAP my friend :p |

i agree, play the music you love. i just remember playin nothing but uplifting trance back in the day, NEVER, EVER thinkin that i would be playin anything remotely close to progressive (i hated it). you couldnt catch me listening to a song under 140bpm :p . but somehow somewhere i started to understand it and pretty much ditched uplifting for it.
plus its pretty much the best music to play as a warmup set for a headliner. i dont think we coulda opened for armin if we went all-out with bangin trancers. im still a tranceaddict though, just not as much ;) .
