dunno if it was on purpose, but your remix starts off with the exact same loop as in Electric Eclipse by Push.
that said, it's a pretty good effort. but it needs to be remastered. the kick and the bassline sound rather muddy.. and there's this wave type of sound in the beginning that is very sharp to my ears. the closed hats are quite sharp as well.
i love the breaks though, especially the second one where you introduce some pads. the transition to a 4/4 kick could be better there though, with some kind of whoosh sound.
overall it's pretty good, but your Silver Bath remix is better. |

Hats are too sharp as TOR said, bassline and breaks are superb.
Love the sound of it...8/10.

| Nicely produced but there's not really anything new here. Sounds too much like the original for me to really be blown away. But like I said, your production skills are very strong. |

Really ? You are the first to say that it sounds too much like the original. Ok I reproduced some same sounds, but this remix is more dark and i added some pads.
So i made it for fun, i'm a MIKE fan and that remix is my vision of Strange World and i'm very happy for the nice feedback i received.

Yes Me too :D , so i worked on Push remix more than Plastic Boy remix. When i listen to Plastic Boy remix i feel like that it is not finished, something is needed, something strong, more energy...
This one is just a try, but i dunno if i will finish it, i got some other projects in mind.
May be one day ... :D |
