| Its almost starting time!!! I think it will be a great Tour with many storylines to follow. I know OLN in America will cover it live every morning. I know there are a lot of Cycling fans on this site. Personally I would like to see Lance win because he survived cancer and all but I am going for Ulrich. |

| Here is the biggest bunch of crap ever. Last year I watched the Tour on OLN and this year my cable TV provider has cut OLN from the network so in order to get it I have to subscribe to digital cable and then add those channels and pay a service fee. God I hate them, now I can't watch the tour. |

I guess you'll just have to buy the DVD. :D

If I'm not mistaken, you will be able to watch a streaming version from this site. They're the links at the upper right corner. |

Hah I may have to do that, hopefully they have the full coverage on the web. NBC has the absolute worst coverage(if you can even call it coverage) once a week on the race.
I already sent a note and will send many more to my cable provider. I'll see what body parts I have to dismember to get OLN in my house for a month. :) |

Couldnt agree more with you. I love the event and I would say the participants are the best athletes in the world. |

| I'm rooting for lance all the way. |

| Lance WON'T win this year, because it's impossible to win the Tour 6 times (cfr. Indurain, Merckx, Hinault, ...) |

Something is only impossible until it is done. |

A lot of the climbers take it easy though of the first races hanging with the middle of the peloton, up until about stage 13 when the mountains begin. They let the sprinters get their green jersey points and conserve energy :)
This year it seems almost like the Tour committee is trying to prevent lance from winning again. They removed a flat time trial in the middle to give pure climbers a better chance(with the flat time trials lance would blow pure climbers away), they keep talking about drug allogations with US Postal(distracting lance and his team) and they limited the team trial to only a 2 min 30 second highest advantage over rival teams(which US postal has won most of the last 5 years by wide margins). Seems like a big coincidence to me. |
