i agree the price for this event is bit too high. im sure price is reflected due to the fact the party is at "the hamptons."

| everybody is rite about it being expensive but i dont give a , PvD rocks and ill pay da $42 or watever to see him. my amnesia ticket for PvD n Tiesto on da 5th cost me almost twice as much |

| had i known pvd was going to put on the show that he did at summerstage i would have payed like 200 for that. so i'm not really worried about throwing down 40 to see him again =) |

if you look at it from an hourly / price stand point its really not that expensive. for the 9~ hrs that pvd played at summerstage / spirt it was 70 bucks? thats less then 8 bucks an hour. you can make that at micky d's
but when u look at how much fun was had? i think was and will be worth it. i'll start getting pissed when prices are like 70, 80+ for a shorter show. |

I agree with you guys that the price for a PvD event in NYC is (for lack of a better term) messed up!
But every event is packed and people pay. This means one thing, MADE is making $bank$.
They should give out free water and stuff to make their customers really feel like they are getting their moneys worth. From what I have read here, (almost) everyone feels like they are getting scammed. That sucks. You shouldn't come out of a PvD event and have to be thinking about if you are getting your moneys worth or if you will be paying for the next event. Things should change....but they won't. |
