ok, 2 great remixes following up to this massive trancer...
check it out in the ron van den beuken remix style.. bangin` one as u expect from him...
and the other side (my fav mix), salinas summer mix which perfectly gives you the mood for the summer beach style! |

| Am I the only one unimpressed by all these new mixes of Silence? They're not bad, but they don't exactly bring anything new to the table, and we're comparing them to a 4 year old song here... |

RvdB remix is totally boring IMO, doesn't really go anywhere. Pretty much the same loop for the whole track minus the two breakdowns. Very disappointed.

They should just have released the Txitxarro and Salinas mixes on one vinyl and kept the Scratch Bandicoot and RvdB remixes behind lock and key, so no-one could hear them. |

I couldn't agree more...salina's remix is spot on..that bassline is soo catchy you can't not dance...rvdb remix is pretty nice too.
My order of preference:
1)Salina's Mix
2)Txittarro Mix
3)Rvdb Mix |

I gotta say that these other mixes don't bring anything new to the track for me. I think only the Txitxarro mix is amazing cause it's a new approach to the track. OK, it's the general Katana Remix style (Aquarius, Cristalle), but still original.
The other mixes are too much standard stuff, for that I can take out my copy of Katana - Silence with the Antic and Signum Mixes...
For ppl without the old vinyl though, I have to admit that the Salinas Remix is quite good too :) |
