i think the first thing you need to do is sync the arp at the begining with the tempo of your sequencer, the arp is running too fast which makes the beat sound strange.
Also later when the riff comes in the arp again makes the whole track seem like its double beating with another track!
There are a few good ideas, which im sure will sound a lot better when you sort the arp out. |

Actually its not an arp!
Its a single note with the lfos (Tempo synced at 16ths) routed to the amp and the filter.
In fact everything that needs to be tempo synced, is! |

Chill mate, remember I dont know what equipment your using!
It sounds a lot like an arp, and you said you were using hardware aswell, so I assumed you would be using the hardware to create it.
Whatever it is and however you created it, It isnt in time with the beat, which is getting in the way of the other aspects of the track.:) |

I have double checked the track and played that sequence with a reference beat. And its in time! I've also checked the waveforms and they seem to be in time as well!
I did find an off time low kick, which i didn't notice till i used my headphones! I've taken these out and uploaded the track again.
Or maybe, its just my ears are not in sync with my brain!! |

Anybody else care to comment on this, I really believe the track is in sync, but there was a double kick happening in the begining - which was way outta time.
I did correct this and uploaded the file again.
Anybody who downloaded the track after 20:10 GMT on the 4th July should have the version with the errant kick removed. Your comments would be appreciated. |

| mhh, its not just the lfo... its the whole sound that isnt syncro. what a bummer, most of the synths sound good (maybe some reverb and delay for more depth). imo the buildup and has to be reworked. sync has to be fixed. |
