| i think its been scientifically proven where an individual is able to focus better and more productively for the duration if they are listening to classical/orchestral music...i guess the theory holds true...:D |

Particularly Mozart... something to do with the frequency of the changes apparently. |

| i find that if i listen to it on purpose, it doesnt affect me in any way, but if i come into a situation where it is playing, then i think more clearly |

When it comes to classical music, my grandfather used, and still does, make me listen to his favorite compositer: Richard Wagner. I just put the cd in my player and start listening to this while studying or trying to sleep...it really reliefs me from stress and it let me think of how i should do things that i wanna do or change etc..very good music...I tried to do this with trance, but I start dancing and it doesn't seem to call me :/..
that's my experience... |
