I really wanted to catch Sarah @ Guv, but was in Ottawa for a family thing and didn't get back until 4:30 am :( |

DJ Mischief won last night, I came second and Danyal Aracha (sp) came third.
I'm happy though - I got to rock the main room of guv at midnight on 3 decks. It was amazing and I can safely say I played the best set of my life thus far. I even had a guy offer to build me a website for free! :D
and I won the most kickass record bag ever.
Fuzion and Nuera haven't competed yet - good luck guys!! |

ive never even heard of the venue that I am playing at.
Im still pretty excited though, nervous as also. i have heard that one of the guys i am playing with is really good. he is under fused management, scratches behind his back, and according to his bio, having one of his tracks remixed by jelo. oddly enough, i also read that jelo is one of the judges. :conf: |

sara's set was the best of the bunch as it really got the crowd movin' both inside the main room and outside in the patio..everyone around me was askin' who's spinin' techno?! what's her name?!

I've literally been thinking about that night and how much fun it was playing for two days!
I still dislike the guv as a patron, but as a DJ it completely rocked. Nothin like throwin down murder was the bass in the main room of guv, I tell ya... |
