purchasing downloadable EDM mp3s

I was wondering if there were any places on the net where you could purchase downloadable trance, techno, house, breaks etc... mp3s?

I checked out a few sites like iTunes and napster and found practically zero quality tunes.

I heard that you could pay for mp3s to download from JOOF site and other Labels.

Anybody help?
Thx:D

A lot of the good labels have downloadable tracks - try the lable site direct (anjunabeats, lost language, etc).

tw1tch showed me this site: http://www.beatport.com and IMO it is probably one of the best (has a weekly AvB top 10 downloadable for $14!!!)

SWEET! Here are a few that I would buy tracks from (some of the labels that I own records from):

JOOF: http://shop.city16.com/index.cgi?ta...oad&order=alpha

HOOJ: http://shop.city16.com/index.cgi?ta...wgrp&label=Hooj

Lost Language: http://shop.city16.com/index.cgi?ta...oad&order=alpha

I wish more artists sold their songs independantly as mp3s. That way you know the artist is getting the money. I definitely think there's still a place for labels but producers should definitely be better rewarded for their work

How can you possibly claim to be a fan of any dj/producer or artist in general, and not be willing to put money into the pockets of those that put their time and creative energies into producing the music we all love.

For 1 or two dollars a track, high quality music that is, it makes no sense not to get music this way!

Alot of tracks that I've D/L'd in the past, even if they are good vinyl rips, are just not satisfying me these days with the often poor quality of the rip.

i completly agree. Most people dont see the fact that the record label still needs to exist, they do all the promo for an artist, which in today's business is HUGE!

remember people this may be art, but its also a business
