| If anyone was going to sue over these sets, It would have to be the companies that owned the radio stations? And even if they sued, theyd have to prove he was distributing illegal material for profit, or something similar. And after humans destroy themselves and alien archeologists swing by, maybe theyll find what beautiful music we could create. (this last statement is a matter of opinion) |

| I'd think that if the RIAA or some similar company went after him, that'd be a sign that we're all doomed. I try not to download things that I don't intend to buy. It's hard, sometimes, of course, because there's too much good music out there and not enough cash in the bank. That's just the way it goes, though. I'm sure most artists just want people to support them and what they're doing. (At least, those who aren't materialistic.) |

why? For him it must be kind of a hobby. And now he collected all ASOT & EM, he will probably get another hobby.
All over the world people keep, search for, or collect all kinds of stuff (from stamps to lighters to carddecks to beer-glasses to wtf i know....) Well he found his goal was to have all those mixes. He doesn't care he can't listen to them all. He has them, that's all that counts.
I for once, started collecting some compilations from a club here in belgium, and allthough I don't really like all the music played there, I still search for it just because it's so hard to find. I kind of set my mind to having them all :) (and okay, this consists of just some hard-to-find compilations and not of hundreds of ASOT & EM's but still,
...
Same story with him. And I bet lots of others on this board and beyond
