ive just bought these bad boy Vstis, and for the life of me I cant get them to work with Cubase SX. It says in the manual to run them standalone first which i tried, but my midi controller is just not triggering these at all. And yes ive assigned my snd card & controller to the apropiate channels :P
Anyone have any ideas??

Have you gone into the preferences and let absynth know where your controller is located. It should let you chose your midi controller port. make sure you do that.
It should work fine in Cubase though. Have you tried in Cubase yet or are you waiting to get it to work SA first? |

| try starting cubase first, then the two programs? on my pc at least i have to start cubase before any other standalone programs that run side by side cubase like reason etc. |

Yeah Cheg, I have tried the the prefrences in both absynth/reaktor and assigned the midi channel to the controller. Notes do come out of absynth etc when i use the mouse to play the keys, but when i tap away on the actual midi controller. Total Silence
Thx again

| Got it sorted.. It was Rewire that was the culprit, when used with Cubase. |
