alright, check it out. i come home from school one day to find my mom watching.. the god stuff channel. she tells me to sit down n watch with her, because shes a good christian. i say "dude, i dont even think i believe in god." she gives me the shocked look, and me her n my dad sit down at the table for a nice talk. swear to the thing that i dont quite believe in, not ten minutes into the discussion, three ing jehovahs witnesses walk up my front steps. scared the outta me. moved me from atheist to agnostic. :D

one day i was napping and when i woke up, i saw these lights flashing, flaying past, strange noises. i thought that something from above had come down to see me, weather it be extra terrestrial, or God punnishing me for my sins and all. these lights were terriably bright, so bright it hurt to look at. i suddenly feared for my life.

then, i relized i fell asleep while watchin Close Encounters of the Third kind and felt like a dumb cuz i was just watching the tv (i tend to sleep with my eyes semi-open, so visual stimuli tends to mess with me while i sleep.

haha

my 2 minutes of embarassment for the day

They are fun to ask questions to because you have to remember they get their answers from the watchtower (the mag). I usually talk with them or the mormons and tend to ask them questions (most of the time, they hate my questions because I know their religion with some familiarity). I'm doubt I'll post my religious experiences (after what I got accused of yesterday, I'm not going to bother)

oh and one time, those damned morman bible sales men guys came to my door, and wouldn't go away until i agreed to take a bible from them. so after closing the door 2 times, the 3rd time i answered it nekked.

they have never come back in 3 or 4 months, where they were here every other week

Ok, heres a nice religious experience for you. Back in the alcoholic summer between my alcoholic freshman year of college and my alcoholic sophmore year, me and several friends were drinking beer out on the porch. We had already been dropping shots of cuervo earlier and drinking a bit of stoli screwdrivers. All of a sudden these two jehovahs witnesses come around and they wan to talk to us. Now Im -faced, so i tell them to leave. Theyre like but we come to bring god's word. And I say, I want a copy of your bible, for that is gods word! and theyre like, we dont have one, so I tell them to come back the next day at the same time, to the minute with the bible or i would reject their creed. (**shrug I was piss drunk and all my friends were cracking up...these guys just look so solemn, like someone died.)

So the next day, Ive totally forgotten about this when these ******s show up to the minute with their ing bible. Me and my neighbors were smoking a bong at the time, so after the intial shock of these two guys (dressed in the same clothing.) being at my doorstep, I let them in and made them sit there a whole 10 minutes while we cashed out the bong and smoked another. Then I told them Id look over their bible and id call a church if i had any questions and made those s leave. Ill be paying for the rest of my life with bad karma, but it was just a funny ridiculous situation; definitely my most touching religious experience.

Well if anyone wants to know what questions that make mormons or jehovah witnesses start to sweat, pm me. It's fun to ask them questions but most of the questions I ask are based on my belief system.

I spent seventh grade in a private Catholic school because my parents wanted me to have a "better education" heading into high school.

I'm not Catholic.

I was not a well behaved child.

I do not play well with others.

Do the math. I spent a LOT of time in detention, writing sentences on the board or reading the Bible. That's a whole year of my life that I wish I could erase.

lol, well, first of all, reasoning concludes that religion, as well as science, do not provide truth (only relative truth), but I will share my experience. if it bothers you that it involves drugs, or if it makes it less legitimate, i don't care.

I ate two grams of some potent psilocybin dried mushies, didnt feel much of anything, but then later i smoked some nice dro and i started tripping. i was hallucinating (kaledoscopic, other-dimensional hallucinations, especially when eyes were closed) but I had no real emotional feeling and I wasnt on a different reality or anything.

But then, all of a sudden, I felt as if I saw a piece of infinity, the nirvana in Eastern religion or the "one-ness" with God in Western religion, and I felt exactly how the monks describe it. I felt as if another entity was 'holding' me, showering me with an ultimate love and understanding. It was a feeling above feelings. I felt a mere sliver of nirvana. I completely understand now how those who had been enlightened feel, and I am amazed by monks and gurus who feel that way naturally through spiritual conditioning and meditation, and feel that way 24/7.

one time i was sitting in my living room, i was probably high, but that doesn't matter really....

I was sitting in my couch, trying to get either god or satan to do little tricks for me.

i have a gas fireplace, so there's always a little flame in the fireplace, so i asked satan, to make it go 'foooom' or like, burst up a little.

i counted down from 5, and upon reaching 0, it went 'foom' a little.

i figured that it was all by chance, so i asked satan to do another little trick for me, but not from the fire place, but from somwehre way over in the kitchen, but not the fridge, cause somtimes it starts up its fans or w/e it does in there, so i needed actual proof.

again i counted down from 5, and upon reaching 0, the oven started to beep, saying that it rached its preheat temp.

the oven wasn't on, it was 3:00 am, so i was like wtf. i was really scared after that, so i just went to bed.
