Felix Da Housecat - Watching Cars Go By

Ive got "Do you like when i talk dirty to you"
and "i would like to be of service"
of course also "standing on the corner watching cars."

Can anyone else decipher any of the other vocals on this? Also, I was wondering, what kind of music hardware can do that to the vocals? (maybe this question belongs in the production forum)

I am no cyberwhore
Do you find me attractive?
I will do anything
I want to make you happy

I remember the big phone companies have been doing research into real-time voice synthesis. I was looking around their sites, and I think this particular voice (which also happens to be the one Freeland used in We Want Your Soul) comes from AT&T.

having not heard the track first i don't know if this is correct, but it is a known fact that felix da housecat has been using miss kittin as a vocalist for many of his tracks

Yes, he uses Miss Kitten, however Im also pretty sure this voice comes from the AT&T demo, possibly the voice titled Lauren.

Also, I think after the repetitive "I w-w-want to make you happy" (roughly about 3:22, I think she says "You can blow right on me?" It certainly fits the theme of the song :D

The Freeland voice is nicknamed "Victoria Titanium", LOL... it's actually Victoria from the Macintosh text-to-speech package. But yeah same idea :)

that text to voice thing was kinda cool,
i typed in the andain - beautiful things acapella and then sequenced it in adobe audition, listen

very cool sound to that. something you may have not have known with that at&t sequeencer is that you can manipulate pauses and things using commas, periods, and other punctuation. Its usually quite nicer to break the words down into syllabic sounds and arrange them accordingly...just an opinion
