Right, first things first...

Next time u remix a track , try and get clearence from the original artist first! ;)

Secondly, feedback on the remix...

Too much phase at the start of the track. Too much reverb over all on the drums, dont put reverb on basses either, sounds bad in club enviroments. I think that the track needs something major adding after the first minute.

Also, the pads, the bassnote on the pads makes the general bassline sound off. I think it also needs more drive. Seems to be relying a bit too much on that pad. I think that the way the melody is used could be more effective in the build up. The Piano notation isn't right either, granted that it is a remix. So far i can only really spot 3 main melodic instruments in this. I think there should be more to keep it entertaining.

I think you need to do alot of work on the general "mix" of the track. It does sound quite loose, although you seem to have the right idea about what your trying to do. Really try to make everything sound alot tighter aswell using compression.

Sorry if its a bit harsh, but im sure u'll understand that its to help.

First off all, thanks for the reply! :D About that clearence from the artis of the work, I understand that an artist don't like it to see his work without he knows.. Sorry.. Next time I'll try to get clearence from the original artist. (Imagine I'll remix Traffic from Tiesto or so.. He wouldn't let me remix it I guess, such a big producer...)

I guess your right with your feedback.. but ahh.. It's so difficult you know; I want to make a real good and professional track, but I can't :S. Isn't there anyone who can teach me how to make a real good track? (to let it sound good, I can make a melody by myself :P)

The phase.. yeah, I used some phase in the hihats, tought that would be better.. *bad idea*.

The reverb on the basses, I get that, but I want to let it sound 'full' you know.. Uhm, reverb on the drums, what do you mean by that? The 'bass-pads', I get that.

You said that you think it also needs more drive. What do you mean with that? (my English is not very good, sorry)

Oh and it sounds rather loose.. I don't understand how u producers (professional producers) can make their track so tight? I know they do it with mastering, but I don't understand anything of it.. I tried it.. with this track, the result is what you hear. I try to make tracks sounds tight, but.. pff, I can't.

Thanks for the feedback, although I don't know how to do it. Oh, and do I need to take the track offline?
And like I said, I could use some help, what does a good producer need, and how.. blablabla...

Is that actually necessary? :conf:

I've done remixes like that (such as my mix of Pulser - My Religion), heh.

I'll review this tomorrow ;)

Absolutely not neccessary. You're not using the artist's original samples, nor are you trying to sell the record, thus no copyright infringement.

You dont have to make money from the track/remix to break copyright laws. There are parts which cover remixes and the fact that he is putting Georges track up for download, itself is copyright infringment, whether its remixed well or not.
The only reason the record companies etc dont go after the 'remixers' that put their version of the track up is because it would cost more money than its worth.
Restricted Acts

These are:

1. to copy the work

2. to issue copies of the work to the public

3. to rent or lend the work to the public

4. to perform, show or play the work in public

5. to communicate the work to the public*

6. to make an adaptation of the work or do any of the above in relation to an adaptation

A remix is basically a track adapted to that particular producers style and therefore is copyright infringement.

It just might help a bit!
