Surreal, nostalgic tracks

I'm looking for tracks that feel really surreal and nostalgic... the ones that make you shiver. I know this varies from person to person, but here's some that I can think of:

Sasha - Wavy Gravy
Ulrich Schnauss - On My Own (Sasha's mix on Involver)
Moby - Porcelain
Mike Koglin - Silence 2000 (and the original Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence, of course)

Doesn't have to be trance, either.

Suggestions?

For me:

Boards of Canada - Everything You Do Is A Balloon
kreamy
Children
Linx_da_cat
anything by planisphere does a good job in this department. sonorous - glass garden, an oldie but a goodie.
Lephaid
utah saints - lost vagueness (lieb remix)
Psy-T
josh wink - higher state of consciousness
Tetraflux
Have to agree planisphere does it for me too. Also quite a few Tiesto remixes are pretty special along with most Holden productions.
Zenchowdah
Nat Monday - Waiting

The Realm - Breakdown
Linx_da_cat
not exactly nostalgic cause it's really not that old, but sasha's airdrawndagger is definitely up there in the surreal department.

some other great "surreal" tracks (both trance and non-trance, but still electronica)

boom boom satellites - on a painted desert
boom boom satellites - an owl
antidote - teleport
pentatonik anthology - movements (part 2)
william orbit - water from a vine leaf (spooky xylem flow mix) < awesome tune from '93
keithos27
pretty much every track on Oakey's EM world tour, haha. stuff like:

tilt - children
taste xperience - summersault
taste xperience - highlander
gouryella - gouryella
vimana - we came
kamaya painters - endless wave (albion remix)
tilt - invisible
alena - turn it around
cass & slide - perception
amoeba assassin - piledriver
space manouevres - stage one
jon vesta - gull
sasha - xpander

i could go on and on... :D

Yeah, my definition of "nostalgic" is a bit weird. I don't mean it really evokes a memory of a past time in that way. It's more a feeling to the music... the kind where, I know that listening to this 2 years from now will bring back powerful memories of today.

So damn hard to describe. But listen to Wavy Gravy at 6:40 through the end. Something about the floaty way it's done is SO damn beautiful and surreal... without being even slightly cheesy, like so many ethereal-sounding trance tracks.

Or if you own Involver, listen to Dorset Perception at 5:43. It conjures an image of the ghost of a mariachi floating through through the music. Like a Dali painting. That's the best way I can describe it.

in fact, most of the stuff I'm mentioning is chill-out and not trance.

I've got one 4 you:

Plummet - Damaged (Antillas radio mix)

If you like summer nostalgia!:D
Believe me, it's the "better" cheese!
