New headphones, any feedback?

I just bought new headphones, havent got them yet, but I was wondering if anyone got some feedback on these. The headphones i bought are: Pioneer HDJ-1000 Professional. I was thinking about buying Sony MDRV-700 DJ Headphones, but tho iv heard alot of good things about them, Iv also heard some really bad ones...
Anyone use these? Are they any good? |

Loads of threads on these.
I have both- use the pioneers now 99% of the time, they beat the sonys hands down.
Sonys are very good- but have a tendancy to break and crack in half, and sony dont cover under warranty.
Pioneer on the other hand, do. |

| well i have the sony mdr-700's i think their kick ass but many would argue otherwise. i like the design of the headphones and the fact that i got a warinty on them that will last 3 years meaning if they break i can get em replaced free. but yeah others would argue . What i sugest is listen to peoples opinions then go out and try em each out and see what you like best |

I have the Sony headphones and they work mint. As long as you take care of them and don't step on them like I other people must of done..you'll be fine..hehe..it really depends on your personal needs..
do you want an exact fit over your ears or do you want a set that you could use as ear muffs lol |

| got the new technics. can't say i've tried the sony's or pioneers but i like the new technics headphones |
