Only seem to be able to use the List Editor to edit midi automation within Cubase SX

| Is there anyway you can edit midi automation data (ie. for a hardware synth) that doesn't involve drawing onto the List Editor? Ie. anything similar in to the VST Automation, where you can join the dots for accurate curves. |

| I don't think so. It would be very nice to be able to bring up automation for a hardware synth like you do for VST stuff and it wouldn't be that hard to create, but unfortunately it does not exist. Your other option is to have a seperate midi track for each automation parameter and then you can see them all more clearly. Either use the mouse or use the nobs on the synth to record the automation. |
