John "00" Fleming and Filo & Peri were feckin' amazing
Start off pre-partying at Scott's. Most ATLTAs walk into the club while Dom was playing. Other FLTAs arrive and everyone just chilled until Bo came on.
Dom played a great set set but Bo came out and made the whole dancefloor jumping. Thank you Bo for dropping so much classics.....the TAs and the crowd loved it.
Then J00F came on and played an awesome set. Lots of tracks that we couldn't ID. At one point he was playing a track with an annoucement of "The Police are here and will shut the club down" and I think everyone in the club were fooled and starts "booing". Then boom the bass came back on and it was part of the track.
It's great chillin' with all the TAs again.....we prolly have 20 TAs around and had lots of fun

man what a ing night, that club is the , perfect size and perfect amount of people, fun talking with joof, played some really sick songs.

I certainly hope you are joking. Filo and Peri BLEW J00F out of the water...J00Fs set was boring, and the dancefloor/club started to clear out after his first 3 songs...put me to sleep and we left about 5 songs into his set....It was almost as bad as his appearance on ASOT XXL a couple weeks ago, and i was not in for a repeat of that...snore
Also, the reason you probably couldnt identify most of the tracks was because they were original productions... |

Time for my review! I got there pretty late (at the tail end of Filo & Peri because my friend got stuck at work :whip: :whip: :whip: ) but i got there and JOOF came on after about 20 mins or so. I've heard tons of trance from just listening to stuff on my pc and I couldn't ID anything JOOF dropped. Most of which was really banging and I thought was totally awesome. He totally worked the crowd and kept us begging for more, literally. But what really made the night better than Tiesto was this simple fact: THE MARK IS BETTER THAN ELEVEN50. I got my pic taken with JOOF (and some random chick) by stepping up into the dj booth, waiting for JOOF to finish mixing in his next track, tapping him on the shoulder, *snap*, shook his hand, got down.
WILL THAT EVER HAPPEN AT ELEVEN50 WITHOUT GETTING IMMEDIATELY ACCOSTED BY BOUNCERS WITH HARD-ONS FOR HASSLING PEOPLE?!?!?!?!? NO!!!!! :whip: :whip: :whip:
Also, the chick bartender in the back lounge area was hotter than any of the bartenders at Eleven50, hands down. Guys gotta back me up on this one (or you're gay :tongue3 )!!!
Oh yeah, and to the people who deal with www.stillvapor.com, its kinda down right now (as of 12:15pm, 7/11)...you might want to look into that! I want to see the pics!!! |
