I figured it out already, uninstalled fruity, removed all registry entries about fruity and novation, and reinstalled everything from scratch, now it works :gsmile:

what a was of hyper threading!
if hyper threading is causing you problems in your vsti host do this..
open the program (host) hit crtl + shift + esc to bring up the windows task manager, click on processes.. find the .exe file of your program in the list.. fls.exe or what ever.. right click on it.. down the bottom you'll see set affinity (sp?) click on that and un check cpu 1 leaving cpu 0 checked..
this will allow your program to function on 1 cpu (as if it's not hyper threaded) and stop it from crashing.. if it's still crashing after that, then it's not hyper threading thats your problem.
This also fixes Soul Seek from crashing with hyper threading cpus... |
