Hi - I'm new to tranceaddict - this looks like a great site.

For my first post, I'm hoping people can recommend me some tracks. I'm looking for very bouncy, energetic, uplifting trance - ideally with that pumping offbeat bassline you hear so much. Can anyone recommend me some non-cheesy, pumping bouncy trance (either tracks or labels)?

To give you an idea of the sort of stuff I'm looking for, here's some of my favourite tracks which fall into this category:

Peran: 'Good Time'
GTR vs The Shrink: 'Nervous Breakdown' (GTR trance mix)
True Form: 'Forbidden Colours'
Peran: 'We Want To Be Free'
DJ Energy: 'Ayra' (Matt Williams remix)
Greg Brookman: 'Frozen'

Thanks in advance! :D

Since you like the tune up above

Try

Dirt Devils - Music Is Life (Dirt Devils Twisted Mix)

Honestly it might be borderline cheesy but I think you will like the sound. Very energetic, pumping, uplifting.

Have a listen to the A State Of Trance radio shows if you like uplifting. Armin Van Buuren always plays stuff off the A State Of Trance label too which is what Forbidden Colours is released on. Don't just stick to one label though if you start buying. Be prepared to give all the other labels a chance and don't let anyone sway your judgement even if you do like the tunes. But at the same time don't just disregard peoples opinions on whats good and whats not. You can pick up useful hints and tips on good tracks.

Have a look at the Upcoming Releases thread and you'll see some great new tunes there too. You can also sign up for www.only-djs.com and listen to full length version of tracks and remixes before you buy so you can see if they're good or not.

And on a final note...

Welcome to TA. :)
