I’m trying to pay an outstanding debt with Sprint to repair my credit, so I’m sitting on hold now for the 5th time so far. They have got to be F**&%$ kidding me.
"Hi, can you send a bill to my new address so I CAN PAY YOU GUYS"?
"umm, I can’t help you with that ma’am, you’ll have to call this number".
i get that response every time i get transfered to a new department.
