Aerodrome
Next monday I will go on holiday to Spain, so I will need some nice summery tracks. I decided to make one myself.
Now, It became a pretty standard (cheesy) track, but I guess that was my intention. :)

I would really like to know what you think about the track.

You can download here

hey tim

this doesn't sound cheesy at all.

mint bassline and bass, quite like it, the strings are really nice.

the kick lacks alot of low for these kinda type of tunes, it needs punch..

don't really love the hihat, sounds to phat for my taste.

break is sweet.

overall its a good tune imo, am not sure about the mixage, since i listend on headphones, but thats it.

have fun in spain :).
DJ_Silverstone1
its incredible

percussion is ace as always with u

lovely hi hats bongs and clap ;)

awesome bassline, aweeeeesssome melody, pads are so big and make the track sound very phat, the piano needs a bitta eq work imo, but that is still a awesome build. I love the track its superb

mate, i hope i will be able to collab sometime!!!!!!!

ur a genious.

Whoa, this one is amazing!
strings/pads are awesome, really brings up the energy and makes it sound complete. Good mix with perc/kicks and effects.

melody = ace. The bassline is perfect. Overall, it sounds amazing, you've really managed to put things together very well.

I love this one, you got talent m8 :happy2:

Thanks for the replies guys! Updated the track a bit, is it better now?
Subtle
plus
good percussions
good atmosphere
I like the hi hats
good effects

minus
mastering doesnt sound too good
too long break

conclusion
The best thing about this track I think its the Atmosphere, and the percussions are really good, but i think tthe track need more "punch" too it, and the track kinda loses itself after the breakdown, and some sounds are a little outmudded.. the melody is a bit low..
Aerodrome
Thanks for your reply! I think I'll keep the break as it is, cause it's not really a track which is gonna be played in clubs. Just a tune to listen to on the beach or something... :p
Thanks again!

Listening now...
Nice keys in the beggining.. very nice wow.... im no expert but to my ears its beautiful. Like said before the atmosphere the track creates is its definite highlight. My headphones suck so cant comment on the mix. I like youre attitude.. Make a a ing sick track...no big deal.. heh.. seriously though Im ass kissing ass so Ill try to say some critisisms..
I guess I would like to see you have played with the listener a bit more with that sort of scary pad sound that plays for a second there at the beggining, more personal though. I dont think much is lost at the break,, I see it more as a listening track than dancy one, although does have the in energy I would say. I think a sort of light wispy fast feeling feeling breakbeat at the break might sound good. just an idea. Anyways grade 'A' man I would say. (no rhyme intended..) TIme for bed, think Ill put this on and wake up the parents :)

hi tim

This sounds nice straight away, those keys are sweet! And the string building in the background is a nice touch. The build up synths are all good, man this sounds really professional. The piano is wicked the breakdown is long, but not too long, its real hands in the air. THe main part is not as "massive" as i thought it would be, buts its still good.

another fabulous track!

I like it, its a bit different from your regular productions, I've heard a few of them and they have a similar style in a way (not a signature sound mind you), which isn't a bad thing, but this sounded a bit different.

As Alex said, its real nice, but lacks a layer or a bit of something throughout that would give it a bit more energy to really level this track out and give it a massive feel.
Still really enjoy it Tim!

Cheers!

hmm... i like it

the track flows well, nice transitions, and i'm liking that piano... was it meant to be filtered like that, because it sounds good like that, creative.

imo, i think it would be better if you made the sawpad a bit more prevalent, and have it less stereo separated and a bit louder.

all in all, strong track
