What do you do for a cold????

| Hey everyone I need to know something...but first a story. After lunch today I started feeling like . I didn't know why because usually I dont get sick. so yeah my throat started getting all cloged, and i started coughing a bit, and now im gettin light headed. what I want to know is what do you all do for colds? So far the only thing I took was 2 advil C/S so hopefuly that will work. If not I want to try some of your remedys.......so yeah please help Thanks alot :TF: :D |

this is 1 of my 3 daily routines i do for a cold:
2 benadryl
2 tylenol sinus
1 tablespoon robitussum
1 vitamin c (1000mg)
1 multivitamin
2 extra strength tylenol (500mg each)
WATER
caffiene :D:D:D:D:D:D:D
warning: you feel kinda funny after all this, but it's still fun hehe :D |

go to a local drugstore and tell the pharmacist your symptoms...he'll recommend some really good stuff! and get some zinc lozenges, which help fight colds. Get rest and dress for the season (shorts and a tshirt in Arizona:D)

heh i personally swear by TheraFlu...it has ALWAYS worked for me...take it with warm water, u can almost feel it getting to work with every sip...its a bit bitter tho
