There doesn't appear to be too many creative minds on Trance Addict.

"We built this city ..."

"We built this city with blocks of ice!"

"Built this city ..."

"We built this city of iii-iii-iiiiice!"

Who or what has ordered/compelled you to build an Igloo city?

Its just one of those things that seem like a really good idea at 3am on a sunday morning.

But because I opened my big mouth and told associates of this so called igloo city combined with my ability to create interesting and puzzling artworks friends are expecting a masterpiece.

I'm thinking of building it with clay, and its hard to have the concept of igloos whilst building a structure as diverse as a city.

Alright, build a half shell mold and spray foam it in with regular construction insulation like they do houses. It will dry in an hour or so, then pop it out and spray paint it white. Spray the next one in and ad infinitum until you got as many as you want.

Dang, that Hyori is still hot in my book...

the title of this thread made me laugh...

by the way, we used to make igloos in the winter when it snowed. it took ing forever. we'd make a big pile of snow then dig out the middle and then coat all the walls with water so it would freeze and get hard.

Quite useful, that could work.

You've just been appointed knight of igloo city.

I've had limited experience of building igloo cities.

The only real advice I can give is, make sure you don't build on traditional polar bear mating ground, things get nasty.

Also try to keep the entrances pointing away from holes in the ice coz seals get up and go inside the igloos and make a mess.

edit: I'm not sure if this is a serious thread or not, if so then sorry :haha:

I wonder if you were the one to build the western forest igloo city?

There are polar bears in Australia but they are usually only seen in theme parks and bundaberg rum commercials, so I should be safe.

I don't want to ruin the interiors of my igloos with annoying seals though so I will have to do more research on the likelihood of such events occuring.

make jello mold type things. fill it with snow, repeat.
