Can quadriplegics 'feel' horny?

Just something I've been wondering about for the longest time...
according to the dictionary, being a quadriplegic means complete paralysis of the body from the neck down.
But then I remember seeing on a tv documentary where this quadriplegic girl admits to having sex and actually feeling it. I was thinking... she must be lying, but I don't know. And I'm assuming if you're a quadriplegic guy, you can't get it up... much less do the deed. Right?

Yeah, quadriplegics get toey, but its kinda hard to pick-up in a wheelchair.
But as for erections its not possible unless they inject this stuff into their dick which gives the guy in question a hard-on for a few hours and lets them do their thing. They probably can't feel much but it must be relieving. Probably pay for sex in most cases.
I've heard of normal people injecting this substance into their dicks also and getting an erection for about 6 hours and it allows them to cum like 20 times, every girl's dream I guess. Be insanely frustrating if you were left high and dry though. |

In most cases, I would agree. But what about if your wife was injured and paralyzed, then it's not so pathetic.

The office where I work at does Life Care Plans for people with masive trauma to their brain or spine. And they also teach people how to do life care plans + become life care planners.
When I was putting their text books together I found an article on this topic and started reading.
I remember reading that arousal is still possible for some, although the percentage was low. I think it was like 15% of people that were quadrapeligic, and 30% of those who were parapeligic.
Don't quote me on that, I haven't read it in a long time... All I'm saying is that it IS possible to become aroused. |
