i just read this in another forum, and hell, it must be shared!

| That reminds me of one of those tech support horror stories I've heard; where a lunatic customer calls in demanding to know the difference in weight of an empty hard drive as opposed to a full one. Made the techie measure 'em by hand and such. Funny stuff. |
