Psychology need help

For anyone that is studying psychology I was wondering if you could tell me all the texbooks you are using. Im studying psychology in Japan but their university system isnt the most highly regarded so im trying to find out what a western university includes in its syllabus. I at least want to go back to Australia with a dgree that actually means something. I have David G Myers "psychology: Fith Edition" in the mail. Any other suggestions? Especially for more technical textbooks like ones that focus on a certain field. The David G Myers one is pretty broad covering socialpsych, cognition and a whole lot of other stuff.

| Last Semester at University of Maryland I used, Psychology: Themes & Variations by Wayne Weiten. I was good, but very general. Although, the chapters on Abnormal Psych and medication used for patients was highly interesting. |
