Well i never, Last Friday on a impromptu night out as Gareths brother had pulled some stings to get us in on consessions, we went to clubknowwhere at the Fridge in Brixton.
Binary Finary
Scott Bond
Anthony Dean
Adam White
Sol Ray and
Steve Morley
Me!!
Steve you are a legend, what a nice guy. Trancer after trancer
Adam White, trance again, but not as good as steve
Sol ray, a little heavier than i would of liked but none the less great.
Binary Finary LIVE PA. omg 1998 live, + the indoor fireworks
Scott Bony, as he is always *thumbs up
then
Anthony Dean, not as much trance as i want, but OMG is he amazing on the decks
Oh yeah and Matt Darey was there, hes really nice, and has adonis hair.
Gareth has all the pics at home, post them please.
Also the apart from the dj's the rest of the entertainment came from the sheer number of chavs there. One girl i was sure was a boy, and one boy a girl. very scary. |

we thought about going to this, but figured a live PA from binary finary wouldnt amount to much with only one song, unless they did 1998, 1999 and then 2000 lol
plus also amount of pikeys and location is a bit offputting
glad u enjoyed it anyway |

The pikeys weren’t that bad. tbh they provided us with hours of entertainment, even if is was disgusted entertainment as they sucked their mullered faces off each other through out the evening in various parts of the club. Why they were on the podium practically giving us a live sex show and not dancing I do not know.
It was well easy to get there and only 1 hr to get home on the night buses. Couldn’t believe it was so quick.
The best bit was meeting all the dj’s and producers. Got Rick to sign our binary finary vinyl. Even though Binarys original music is not really mu cup of tea, it was still great to see him play on £30k+ worth of equiptment.
We were to go to the after party It was originally just down the road from us but too many people decided to go and it moved to south london. We had new flat mates moving in midday therefore couldn’t do the treck.
Will certainly go in September, Agnelli and Nelson are lined up for sure |

freaky, just read this, and its true, i checked the credits on my records:
For those of you who were wondering how come Binary Finary sucked at Knowhere, here is the reason: The guy is a total fake! The truth must now come out.
Here is the story, I 'll try to keep it short but it is a long one:
BINARY FAKERY:
Binary Finary's name was made on the back of the huge hit tune "1998" and all subsequent re-releases and remixes of the same track, "1999" and "2000" etc.
The tune was written by Matt Laws and produced by Nuw Idol and that explosive line up has never worked together since. Please check the credits on the label copies of the releases to satisfy yourself about the veracity of what I am saying here. These are the only two contributors with royalty provisions for the track. Matt and I are in contact again and are planning a new collaboration as "Binary Finary & Nuw Idol" and so it is now time to clear up the situation with regards to the "Binary Finary" name and live act.
Matt is a real "out there" genius who sadly couldn't take the pressure of the stage at the time and so he sent his "mates" to play DATs out as him. While totally bereft of any real talent these mates, namely Ricky, got a taste for success and ganged up on Matt and pushed him out of the act even though they had nothing to do with the hit that made "their" name. Ricky Grant released just one other Binary Finary tune called "Niterider" on the Five AM label but even the most cursory listen would attest to in no way is it comparable to the quality of songwriting and production found in "1998".. for good reason.
Matt saw the worst side of what he calls "the back stabbing music business" and went into hiding for 6 years.
I, as Nuw Idol, was already a known underground trance producer, engineer and live artist when I was asked to produce "1998" and without wanting to blow my own trumpet I have since established a firm international status with my Live PA's, numerous successful records, compilations and re-mixes.
The current "Binary Finary live" line up is a total farce which has lasted for far too long. The real deal is going to hit the stage soon so it's time to put an end to this incredible lie. Pass it on guys!
Having said all that, apart from Binary Fakery, Knowwhere was still a wicked night filled with the best clubbers in London; T'was great dancing and chatting with you! Maximum Respect to the Knowwhere crew!
I had no idea, I need Nuw Idol to sign my records, LOL! |
