Fourth Turning ('Crisis') may be right around the corner?

Take a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Strauss and http://www.fourthturning.com. Do you believe this may be true or is it all just a bunch of co-incidences? With the way life is going now, I wouldn't be surprised if we're in store for another big war come circa 2005, like a Third World War, and a long one at that. My question would be: What are the next generation of people (born 2006--ca. 2027) be called? I heard of New Silent, who may be like the Silent Generation of those people who were born around 1925--1946. What did Reagan (sp?) say important on Good Morning America in 1984 that prompted the third ('Unravelling') Turning?
I happened to come across all this earlier in thr morning whilst looking for other info in the Wikipedia. Seems to be an interesting theory. If we _are_ nearing a big war like a second Great Depression/WWII or WWIII, would would come of it in the end? |

I dont think another full blown war will occur. But in a way we are already in another war, against terroism.
Its a more sophisticated war for a more sophisticated society.
Personally i think another world war is highly unlikely |
