Hmm.. I like the Greek Dionysus better than the Roman interpretation of Bacchus. Dionysus had more fun, and he was the original.
Or, you could try one of his Epithets :
Bromios, meaning "he of the loud shout"
Dendrites, meaning "he of the trees"
Dithyrambos, meaning "he of the double door" <-- i think its referring to bi-polar/split personality thing
Eleutherios, meaning "the liberator"
Liknites, meaning "he of the winnowing fan" <-- dont get that one.
or
Lyaeus, meaning "he who releases".
I think Dithyrambos would be good if you tend to have two prevalent styles in your music, but its kind of an ungainly name. So shorten it. Rambo? :D |
