i went to mcdonalds today, i gave them a five dollar bill. i got that 5 dolalr bill from my school cafeteria. they told me its fake, and then i asked them to give it back to me, and they said they cant. they are gonna go tell the cops about it and the cops will investigate. this just pisses me off!! never going to that mcdonalds again.. im expecting a call from the police station this evening.
so everyone make sure that you dont give anyone fake notes. this was just 5 buks, no biggie.. if it was $100 i wouldnt get $100 back.

Yea I know it sucks, but it's really your fault for accepting the fake bill from your school. :(

It's kind of a no win situation. It's easy to not notice a fake (some are quite good) but the store is legally obligated to confiscate any fake bank notes they may encounter....they don't have a choice but they have to prove why it is a fake and give you an explanation based on certified checklists (ie: no watermarks etc etc)

i dont think the store is legally obligated to keep it. Ill have to ask the bank about that.
If thats true then i smell a good scam LOL |

Umm, just outta interest -- why on Earth did you give McDonalds your phone number ? I can understand if they said the note was fake, and they had to report it. I would have told them, ok, fine...i didn't know it was fake, and just bounced outta there. That...or given a fake number.
Maybe it's just cause i don't trust the damn popo's.
What was it that the NWA said about the police ??? Hehehe that's right.... :D |

| quote: | A man who appears in the documentary "Super Size Me" is holding a new record.
Don Gorske ate his 20,000 Big Mac Tuesday at a McDonalds in Wisconsin. He’s chowed down at least one a day over the past 32-years.
Gorske is six-feet tall and has maintained his weight at 170 pounds. He once said his eating record proves that foods you love don't have to make you fat.
Last year Gorske made it into Guinness' Book of World Records for eating a record number of Big Macs before he hit 19,000. |
