suggestions for a digital camera . . .

hey everybody . . . lately I've been thinking about finally breaking down and getting myself a digital camera.
Here are my guidelines: I want something compact, rechargeable, only has to be 2.0 megapixels (or around that) an LCD viewfinder, and of good build quality. I really like those Canon digital ELPHs but they're pretty expensive. Can anybody suggest something in the ~$200 price range that would do well for me?
