I hope you like DJin top 40's and hip hop, cause that is what 95% of the djs play out here.
You might be able to get something going at ICE, but they have their residents....they also bring in big name talent.
uuhh, yeah, so I am guessing you spin trance....there really isn't a big demand for it here since most of the people in the clubs are tourists....so the owners cater to that crowd.....which means you have to play not cool music.
The best store to get equipment here is probably Guitar Center on Tropicana just west of Pecos. For records.....get them online. The only place that sometimes will have dewcent records is Big B's on Maryland Parkay just north of tropicana.
I hope I didnt burst your bubble er anything. Do you already have a place to play here? and when are ya coming out. |

the prices are not that bad at guitar center. they usualyl have sales so teh prices can be low. PLus they sometimes have used items.
there are always local events you can play at where just the local talent is showcased. However that woudl be un-paid, and usually to a small crowd.
SO all hope is not lost. If all else fails, commute to LA to play :). |

| guitar center matches prices, so what i do is froogle the item (www.froogle.com) and then bring in a printed sheet ot guitar center... and as my friend dustin would say "whamobamo" |
