ing hell I thought this day would never happen. but with this months Ministry theres a wicked freebie cd it called Funky Deep n Tribal and its generally changed my outlook totally on prog house and tirbal house, its no where near as good as trance but this cd mixed by Hernan Cattanneo certainly got my attention.

my fave prog CD is still Planet Progressive, from the April 2001 issue of mixmag.. its done by Cass and basically describes progressive as a genre :D

hey... who mixed the ministry cd? could u post the tracklist for me? very much into the whole progressive tribal feel... but i missed this cd...the planet progressive does rock..but u cant beat lawler's nubreed for the ultimate in tribal house and altogether dark drums!!! (also another mix of his which is cool)...

cheers;)

progressive aren't certain types of songs

it's more or less the sound that you create through the records you play

a progressive type set sends you through different forms of music but in the end it makes sense.

Look at PVD's XR XXL set...you have proghouse, breaks, house, & trance...and you know what? it made sense!

do you guys agree with this "definition"??
