...i introduce Declare Yourself (Click, bi0tch.)
u Must check out the PSAs (public service annoucements) directed by none other than David Lachappelle.. they're funny and then they get FREAKY as HELL. especially the dog one, which is the first one. tell me it doesn't remind you of the Ring. :nervous:
anyways, the point is made- Kevin Smith also directed 9 pretty funny PSAs which are also on the site.
the point? VOTING! of COURSE! :D
there are also designer tees for $20 bucks a pop that are actually kinda cool- i scored myself this one: |

That's what Im talking about
The site is so befuddled that the point of it is easy to miss -- there are so many different things drawing your eyes to different parts of the screen that nothing gets your full attention. Looking at it gives me a headache.
I'm learning this crap in school right now, so it's on my mind. |

I hear ya, but its not like its a ecommerce site or a corporate site. You can still navigate it pretty easily. The site kinda reminds me of the posters Paula Scher did for The Public Theater. |

| word up tae! btw, u vote? i had no interest in voting last time around, i was too busy getting into college but i remember studying for an exam on election night, SO HAPPY that gore was going to win and then just staring blankly at the tv with my jaw agape as the news reporters said they had just made a mistake and that bush took florida and the end results. pi3ce of hist0ry, j0. anyways, i'm ready this time around- i'm busy trying to convince all my relatives and immediate family NOT to vote for bush and pushing non-partisan political material on them (news articles, websites, etc with facts and such about the current state of our country since bushy took over) so far it's not really working bc they dont think i know anything about, well, anything- but since when do parents listen to their kids anyways? HAH. :p |
