What ever happened to DJ Tandu's and DJ Taucher's project: Ayla?
Will there be a comeback from Ayla?
And also, I saw that Ayla is performing in a club in europe:
Ayla w/ Safri Duo @ Warehouse Nightclub
Does that mean DJ Tandu and DJ Taucher will perform normally or will they play tracks that were made by Ayla (which is their project)?
And one last thing...
Does Ayla even exist? Because in the video clip of: "Ayla presents Yel - The Sun is Coming Out" there was a woman who sang there.
Was that Ayla or was it Yel? (or if Yel is a group, was she one of them)

uhhhhhhhhh... you sure about that... cuz Ayla (DJ Tandu) was suppose to play with Safri Duo here in Calgary,CANADA 2 fridays ago at The Warehouse Nightclub.... However Tandu has a broken foot and was unable to make the trip here to play... :( :( :( |

Tandu hasn't produced anything new under Ayla since "Sun Is Coming Out" and of course the 2003 mixes of "Liebe" which is/was a remake of Cosmic Baby's 1992 classic btw. Taucher was involved only on Ayla and Ayla part II, not on any other Ayla production.
Then again, Taucher & Tandu just reunited after several years and a while back released a track under a new guise, TanTau.

Ayla..........
The best trance I have ever heard was Ayla - Ayla Part II.
I listened to that track almost 2 years.
That track got me into Trance music and clubing in the first place.
Why not bring Ayla back? It was a great project.
When I first heard Ayla - Ayla Part II, I always wondered how Ayla would look like... |

well, there isn't much left to say. Ayla is a project of DJ Tandu. Some tracks were co-produced by Taucher, and some by Torsten Stenzel. The track "Sun Is Coming Out" has a different vocalist than the other Ayla tracks, that's why she (Yel) was mentioned on the cover of the single.
the last Ayla release to date is "Liebe 2003" which is an update from the 1998 Ayla - Liebe (which is a remake of the original 1992 track by Cosmic Baby)

Why am i not surprised? You would hit a dead dog if it looks good.. HAHA!
And the idea to the name Ayla came from a girl hanging around in the studio when Tandu was producing the track. |
