| Dallas has 106.7 KDL. Its mostly pure cheese with a few good radio friendly songs(Tiesto - Love Comes Again, Andain - Beautiful Things etc). They are starting to have some weekly dj shows though which is good. And of course there is always Edgeclub every saturday night with DJ Merrit on 102.1 |

| tooooo cheesy....Kdl 106.7 here in dallas disappoints big time. And its becoming even more crap with mostly newer songs as Hip-Hop and stuff....beyonce, mis-teeq, christina milian etc is what we get to hear all the time these days...:whip: once in blue moon do they play ... AVB, PVD or even Andain. |

There used to be Mega 93.3 in Austin that played Lasgo, DJ Encore, Miss Jane, Ian Van Dahl, and live sets by local DJs. But then they sold out and became Beat 93.3 and all they play now is crap Eminem and Nelly. I HATE THEM AND WANT THEM DEAD!
And this is reason #24 why I hate rap and hip-hop. |

| Yea, its really sad that KDL is going more towards hip hop. As if there isn't enough of that playing on all the other stations. But, like what was said earlier, they do have their guest DJ shows which are usually pretty good. |

there used to be a show that was live from the Roxy : The beat
I'd say 1998-2001 that used to be all house, and trance. Of course its now all hip-hop/rap. Kinda cheesy but it was something.
radio sux. |

Tweek... YOUR AVATAR ROCKS! I love Shenmue, and I really hope they get the 3rd in he series released, because they really left II at a cliff hanger. But I have heard nothing new about it. God I loved that game... kept me busy for hours.
Anyways, back on subject. What was this again? Oh yeah, MAINSTREAM RADIO BLOWS! That's why I'm currently about to invest in a Sirius Radio Tuner for my car (like XM). Sirius has some great dance stations and I love how they are always playing new stuff. I've heard Rah - Pole Position, Tiesto - Love Comes Again, and I believe Signum - Coming Around Again. Very good stuff indeed. I just want a LOCAL scene, but if I want, I either have to move to Florida or New York or even Canada or Europe. I wouldn't mind that, it's just that my job at Unisys here holds me down. Although, it is a great job and they have a HQ location in Holland, so maybe.... :D |

I think Dj Marc D was better than that other dj after him.
