Sub and Normal Bass Frequencies

Has any1 got any direction of what frequencies I should be using for my sub bass and normal bass?
If not, just what frequencies you boost for yours? |

| sub bass sounds best at about 50hz.. genereally the best note for bass is G1 which is at 49hz |

yep.. A is the only note that is in even multiples.. for each octave you times the frequency by 2.. 55x2=110hz for A2.. 220hz for A3.. 440hz for A4.. etc etc |

Is there a multiplication table of some sort available?
Could be quite useful, for EQ etc. |
