furniture stores are one of the most boringest places to shop.

People buy homes and need things to take up space with, so I would not mind running a company later in life. Yes they are boring but people buy furniture and if there was not a market for it, there would not be companies.

Is it difficult to get a job in Canada? :conf:
I'm considering moving from Portugal to Calgary like 2 years from now, I have 1 year of university left (taking in Marketing). Reasons are:
- Seeking a country that's more developed and where marketeers have more input than my current one
- Can get myself in Calgary's wrestling school, always a dream of mine and impossible in Portugal.
I'll go to the embassy in the near future to know how this stuff works, but do you think it is that difficult to start something up?

Congrats TTA. Now go out, get hammered, then post a thread about it. You're a mod, so you shouldn't get a warning. :p

...but I DO know someone that should get a warning...:whip:

I'm not worried about a suspension, if I have not been canned from the stuff from 2002 then I dunno what. I don't play to post crap like i used to anymore anyway.

no, that kind of "what's in it for me" attitude is wrong. you should do things out of the goodness of your heart, not because you expect something in return. :p

Job market is rough everywhere, especially last few years. IT market is the one who took a hit. People who were making 100kUSD went down to 45kUSD and happy. Good starting salary for college graduate within a good company in Chicago is around 44-48K a year (IT field)-those jobs don’t come around too often. You need to be very smart or know people to get to sweet places, or simply be super persistent and never give up.
Furniture store is a place to start when you young, I guess. As long as you happy and this is all that counts!
