I dont think anyone offers full quality downloads (wav files are massive). Still, beatport is your best bet. They will send you CDR's with your wav files (burned as data files so you can rip them easy and burn them as you like), and I imagine the shipping cost is low. jwear2004 Digibag.com offers wavs for download but is more for house music stuff.
