The MY stands for 'Missing You' (Title was too long).

Just picked this up on Time Records and it is amazing, maybe the beast tune of last year (2003) ...this gem was sitting on the shelf all along...

Anyone else heard this great tune? (and how about L&B....suprisingly good production from them...)
Ian^
I heard it in a hybrid set & it is very good, although it can be a bit repetitive over the entire song, but nice to hear in that set simply cos they play it for the right amount of time

yeah this tune is fantastic

and L&B have got other good productions also, i guess it depends upon your opinion of house
Blue.
Was looking for songs from the sountrack to the OC and found this remix, nothing amazing but pretty cool.

Lol! :p ian you suck. i listened to the very same set and they cut into commercial or something like shortly after the song starts! :haha: i remember it cuz thats where i first heard this song. i fell in love w/ it and i went on a massive search for it cuz i was so dissapointed that the song was cuz off and felt the need to hear the complete version of it. :p

anyways excellent remix. i also agree its one of the best songs from 2003. beautiful imo. so purely melodic & soft! and the vocals are sweet. esp when beth orton is added into the mix and croons and then the song progresses into club/dancing mode. i think its a beautiful remix. the best of both electronica & pop world. props to layo & buscwacka for this remix. i dunno, im not a big time house listener but, i do respect and think layo & bushwacka! are quality producers. :)
Freak

I love the melody to begin with, but once it gets to the vocals I find myself turning it off
tribu
Im able to forgive the repetitiveness of the vocals becvause of their tone :)

(and the vocals are still repeated less than the phrase: 'embrace me, surround me, 'as the rush comes'. Sorry to pick on this tune, but its suuuch an easy target :D
