Buying a cd player+ mixer, Terrible crime or ok?

i just bought a new cd player (pioneer 100, not so new but at great price), any way i was thinking is it a crime that i dont use torntables?, because i dont have money to affored vinyl records and my parents would only agree on buying something they all can enjoy (parents, go figure:D )
what do you think? |

| It's not a crime at all. Who said you had to use turntables? Just keep spinnin the tunes and loving what comes out of the speakers... |

nevermind what other "elite" vinyl-spinning DJs say...
