People have been doing this sort of thing with MMORPGs ever since the dawn of Everquest. It's not a good idea, for a number of reasons.
1. Liability.
2. Job security.
3. You just end up playing the game to make money, and nothing else. What the hell is the point? You won't make $10-15/hour forever. |

Depends on how much you're getting paid now, and if there's the potential for more in the future.
On the other hand, you get paid a nice amount to play video games.
Tough choice. |

| Well if you live at home then liability isn't the biggest issue. If someone were to have their own apartment then a job like that isn't good because they lay you off and then you have no money for rent. Worst case scenario for BTG is that he might not have enough money for weed anymore.:haha: |

How do you get paid to play video games. Sorry if its obvious but I don't play games online. I just can't imagine who is going to pay you to do that. |

BTG, instead of complaining how much money you make with your high school diploma, quit your whining and go to college.
That's how you make it in the world you know. Education. But wait you don't know
You will not bitch and moan how they pay you so low @ $15 an hour, you will enjoy life @ 30-50 an hour.

How? I wouldnt mind getting extra cash playing video games, which is something I do on a regular basis. Though Starwars Galaxies isnt my forte of MMORPG. |

Online sites and other people that want to buy in game money or items or whatever. My friend who plays Everquest makes a certain amount of money in the game and then sells it to an online site. People spend alot of money on games like these, especially one like EQ where they might not have enough time to play, but want a high level character with gear so they can play with their friends or something. So they will buy spend money on in game money to do so. I never attempted to make a living off it or anything, but I sold my Everquest account for $300. |

You have to know what you are doing though. Definantely not something for the casual gamer. |

Trust me when I say, I am the best there was, the best there is, the best there ever will be...
Either way, the method of selling your hero characters with uber equipment is hard unless you have a team of guys who are willing to work together efficiently and share same time tables. |
